Bento Japanese art

40 breathtaking culinary works

Once again, the traditions of the land of the rising sun left me breathless. Of course I know what is sushi, I love sushi and I alone to prepare sushi, but I had never heard of Bento Japanese culinary tradition. Porovih out wikipedia and it seems that in Japan, this art has existed since 10-11 century!

But what is Bentley? These are plastic or beautifully painted and varnished wooden boxes, which ranks incredibly beautiful large meal for one person. Usually must present rice (I do not wonder why), fish or other meat and vegetables pickles. All other components, forms and colors they choose fantasy of the man who arranged the dam.

Welcome to 40-something incredibly beautiful Bento :)

Crazy, crazy tied!! He had another job and 10-11 century (note there before and only 10 centuries!) Started to arrange the food ... but not how it is - but in the form of works of art! Then how that gave them heart to eat them may also enjoy beauty, eh? They therefore probably no thicker Japanese - are still weak and dry like raisins. Hmm, could learn some tricks from them ;)
They are so sophisticated, even the Mona Lisa, mom shit (excuse me, but I could not resist) - even the expression on her face are tailored, hands too! In spirit it seems they (the blue rice!) Are not equal!

They are crazy, crazy are no dispute :)
But what has always impressed me is the traditional, Japanese sense of aesthetics and harmony.
